Half Moon:
🗝 Raise client’s arm & place hand overhead
🗝 Grab each other’s forearms
🗝 Anchor inside of your leg on inside of patient’s leg
🗝 Lean in opposite directions making sure to keep both of your arms extended
Double Arm Pec Stretch:
🗝 Position client’s arms like two 🛑
🗝 Make sure patient grabs the front of your wrists
🗝 Turn your palms forward & bolster client’s backside with your abdomen
